Tasting notes

It is a liqueur obtained from maceration in black currant brandy, cane sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Also loved outside the French borders, it is a sweet and intensely fruity preparation.

Consumption tips

It is excellent neat, but can be mixed with wines or spirits for the preparation of fragrant cocktails to be enjoyed as an aperitif or at the end of a meal.
