Juve & Camps Milesime originates from one of the estate's most Distinctive parcels. This rustic vineyard, planted in poor soils, receives the least amount of rain on the entire property. The 16 hectares of Chardonnay, planted in 2003, have acclimated perfectly to the Can Rius terroir, with deep roots that absorb the water and nutrients needed to produce very low yields of high-quality grapes

Tasting notes
This unique cava is made exclusively with chardonnay grapes, from the Can Rius vineyard. This variety has adapted well to our terroir and fully expresses its magnificent characteristics. The bubble is always small and well integrated, with a very pleasant, creamy mouth feel. Over the years, we've realised that its aromas tell us how the year went. Mature fruit, specifically peaches, and prominent dairy notes point to warm years with little rain. However when the weather has been cooler, this shows up in the fresh fruit, herbs and balsamic notes.

MilesimeÌ_ Chardonnay matches with smoked salmon, oysters, foie, creamy cheese, mushroom risotto and French pastries.
