The seasoned casks are emptied and custom-charred before being shipped to the Old Bushmills Distillery. Triple Char has significant impact on the flavour as it draws out incredibly defined spicy, honeyed vanilla flavours from deep within the cask.

Bushmills Whiskey Sour
50ml Bushmills Original
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
15ml egg white
DIRECTIONS: Dry shake, wet shake & strain over ice. Garnish with lemon or orange peel.
